The name "Hex" carries a dual significance that serves as the foundation of the brand. It is a direct reference to the hex codes, the technical building blocks of the creative and digital industries. Simultaneously, the visual system draws from the hexagonal hive structure, representing a highly organised community and a central hub for professional connection. Moving away from the generic aesthetics of traditional staffing firms, the identity is high-contrast and graphic-forward, reflecting the technical precision and human-centric nature of modern creative work.
